Long story short... I just rebuilt the image of the main drive of my MV2010 and now having problems enabling Media streaming on shared folders. I have re-imaged my drive using NASLOAD and the right firmware and have everything back to factory config. Problem is when I try to enable streaming on any shared folders using the web interface of the 2010, but toggling sharing to YES for said folders, the field switches back to NO as soon as I hit the ACCEPT button. Normally this should save the change and enable streaming for the selected folders? I have made sure that my volume names do not have any spaces (which is apparently a bug in the MV2010 software.

Anyone have any ideas on why this single function of the MV2010 no longer works?

I'm sorry, it's been absolutely forever since I've played with the MV2010. I'd probably suggest you visit Lee's site if you haven't already and see if there's any help there (stickied in this forum as the Best MediaVault Resource). Good luck and let us know if you find a solution.
