When I RDC to the server, ex490, I'm unable to use IE other than to see the cautionary note provided when I first RDC. When I contacted HP for assistance, the support desk indicated all browsing features from an RDC were disabled. I was hoping there is a work around to configure the internet options to allow access to internet content. One specific problem I had was an add-in I wanted to try insisted my java was not a recent enough version and I was not able to update it without IE's ability to access the web.

I have had this issue before.
But I watched the error message and elected to allow it.
If you dismissed the message completely then I am not sure how to get around it.
Since it is embedded in the IIS security settings.

Why not install Chrome or Firefox?
