I have a problem on my Data Vault x310 running WHS. I am getting a "low disk space" message on my server. Client Backups is taking up about 89% of the space. Here are my details:

One 500gb split into C (20gb OS drive) and D (DE, Share and folder) drive.

One 1TB used as Backup (has data on it)
One 500gb used as storage (not used)
One 500gb used as data (not used)

The three drives are not added as part of the drive pool. I know I can remove/add one of the other drives that are not being used. I would like to achieve all three tasks listed below.

1. Can I move the client backups folder to another location on one of the other drives?
2. How do I move the client backups folder to another location?

3. Removing then adding another drive would be the simplest solution to gaining more space?

There isn't any way to add a drive to the existing pool without removing it first?

1. No
2. You don't
3. Yes

I don't understand your last question. Any drive you add to the storage pool will be erased so make sure you don't have any important data stored on it.
