Hello -
I am new to the forum and have searched for a resolution to this issue already with no luck... here is the story:
About 2 weeks ago I noticed my EX487 was restarting repeatedly about every 15 seconds. I found this site during my initial troubleshooting and ended up buying one of the GENIII debug cables from VOV (thanks Charles!). Hooked it up tonight and tried all the different boot order fixes with no luck.
When I watch the boot sequence I see a message that says "Keyboard/Interface Error" (screenshot attached). It then says "Checking NVRAM" and then immediately begins the re-boot sequence again. I am using a USB keyboard, however this error occurs whether I have the keyboard plugged in or not.
Anyone have any ideas? I am not very technical so not sure where to go next...
