Hi!!
I have buy a EX475, but i have some troble to get it up..
I have 2 quistions for that.

1. Whtch bay does the system harddisk been put in? ( I have try nr 1 and 4)
2. and the light in the system lamp is red only, what can i do?

The system drive is the bottom slot. Describe the behavior of all the LEDs from power on to full boot and we can try to help you.
