I have rebooted my Ex475 and now it won't boot to WHS. The 3 indicators are solid blue and when using the video adapter I can see that it gets past the BIOS only to stop on a blank screen with a blinking cursor.

Does anyone have any ideas as to how I can resolve this? I've made sure that everything is seated properly on the board and even tried changing the memory to the original stick, but it doesn't make a difference.

Thanks

Moving to the troubleshooting forum. Does it behave any differently when you boot it with the hard drives removed? Be sure to mark which is the system drive so you can reinstall it to the bottom slot.

No change when removing the drives, same blinking cursor. I'm sure of the order, but just in case, I tried each drive individually in the bottom slot, but it didn't help.

Edit: I confirmed that I had the right order by connecting the drives to another PC. This also confirmed that all of the drives are fine, so unless the problem is the installation of WHS it must be something else.

Edit 2: I've also tried to boot into Server Recovery and booting to USB to reinstall WHS but both get the same result.
