I wanted to share my experience with this article.
When I read on MSWHS that I could get a Microserver for $112 I jumped on it within minutes of reading it. I was very excited as I was looking forward to replacing my EX487.
I placed an order for the Microserver on Sunday 4-1. Insight’s website took my order and authorized my credit card. I checked the order several times during the day on Monday. I noticed my order did not have any further details on Monday except to say it was complete. I called Insight this evening to check my order. A male customer service agent asked if he could help me. I explained I was checking on my order. First thing he asked was if this was a Microserver order. I replied Yes. He said “It has been cancelled.” No explanation given. I asked why it was cancelled and he said they did not have enough to cover the orders. I told him that when I placed the order there were 291 showing available. I stated there are 29 still showing available even as I write this. I asked to speak to a supervisor and was told by him that my order was cancelled and if I wanted to complain, I could complain to him where it would go no further and that was “all he had to say about it”.
He was VERY rude and unprofessional. I would NEVER buy anything from Insight again and urge anyone thinking of doing so to beware.
I have yet to get a an email or call or anything letting me know this order was cancelled. Meanwhile $135.00 still shows as being authorized from my checking account.

Insight... that was a good April Fool's joke.... :twisted: :evil: :cry:
