I have a seagate 500gb drive as my 2nd drive.

I herd some place that the little jumper on the back limits the speed of the drive to 1.5gs but if you remove it, it go's full speed.
I got this OEM from newegg so i have no manual.

To change the jumper should i just pull the drive out and pull the jumper.
Or should i turn off the WHS then pull the jumper.

Just pull the drive and remove the jumper.
