Hello I have been using my drive for a while but I had to keep it in the wardrobe for about a month. Now when conetcted it says access is locked. I can access to settings with my password but can't access to my files. I have been trying to add new user account but still no result. Could you help,plewse? |

Need more info than that. Assuming you are using whs1 on a media smart server. Like can you get to the whs console with login. Are any red leds on at the server or the console tray icon on your pc. When you say locked what does that mean. You can see the file but can't open it or can see the folder and can't see the files. How and why do you need a new user account. Did you install the connector on the new account pc or what. are you not the admin? Also your past posts you were attempting to do port forward. Did you replace your router or change ISP |

If you can RDP into the server, check to see that the time on the server is correct. If my server is unplugged for any length of time when I am away I need to reset it's clock before I can access files on it. Bert |
