Hey all, I was having trouble with the latest client software for the Mac and deleted the dmg file thinking the HP would recognize that and re-download the latest client file hoping it would fix my connectivity issues.

How do I get it back? (it's not in the recycle bin).

Also is anyone else having trouble authenticating their client with the server with the latest patch?

Sorry, I think you mis-read but I was missing a MAC Disk Image File.

I called HP Support and they were able to send it to me.

The HP MediaSmart Support team is great by the way. Chatted with a really nice English guy for about an hour and a half. Didn't resolve my problem but was still very good.

I just sold my EX490 and forgot to uninstall the HP client on my Mac before I packed everything up. I don't suppose you could hook me up with a copy of the DMG?

I down loaded the file. Once it connects to the server and put in the password it tells me authenticated. Since I am not familiar with this application is there anything else it does? I was hoping to manage my server?
Any suggestions would be appreciated!
