Hi,

it’s a Acer Aspire easyStore H341, Intel Atom .
I'm using an Acer Aspire easyStore H341, Inter Atom CPU D410 1,66 MHz, 2 GB RAM, Intel AHCI StorPort Miniport with OS Windows Home Server 2003, also using different HDD like a Hitachi HDS72302 and HDS72101, also a Seagate ST2000DL003. Hitachi told me that their HDD support the S.M.A.R.T.-Mode.

Nevertheless Home Server S.M.A.R.T. Version 2.0.10.28 don’t shows any SMART Details.

Do you have any ideas to use the S.M.A.R.T. details?

Thanks for support and ideas

Prost Mahlzeit

When you say you are using windows home server 2003, do you mean whs v1 does it have the connector software and backs up your pcs every day?
If so, the the smart addin installs and then you can access it from the console? A reboot is always good and are these drives in the unit or in an external, some externals don't support smart.

There is two versions of smart, just making sure you have the correct one. for whs...
