I have two issues.

1. I am getting a red X under "verifying that your remote access web site is available from the internet.

2. I am getting an error message after I try to sign in to Windows Live Custom Domains. This at 2.34pm EST.

I am using an active Live account. My date and time are correct. The only thing I haven't done yet is on the router forward the ports to the server. Currently, I am using a Linksys 1900ac router.

Any help would be appreciated.

You need to setup port forward on the router if you desire connection from the internet.

Try this for reference:
You can look up your router there and find useful info.

Also since the settings are usually ip's you need to reserve a ip for the media server.

Also remember if someone downloads from you bear in mind the upload speed versus download speed can vary to very slow on some ISP;s for upload
