Hi there,

I had one of the 4 hard drives in my ProBox eSata hard drive enclosure die. I have already taken it out and everything has been fine.

I have since received a replacement drive and would like to add it to the ProBox. Based on the MSS seeing the ProBox as a single drive, what do I need to do to maintain my data?

Thank you in advance for any help you can provide.

Tim

Well I am not sure on this case.
If you have folder duplication on with the standard enclosure then I would say your okay with a drive replacement.
But being in a esata enclosure where they all count as one drive,I am not so sure.
But I would assume if you had enough existing free drive space with duplication on you should be okay.
Also If you already removed the drive with no issues then you should be fine just adding a net new drive as a replacement.
